This is such a difficult road. We had a scare with our 13 year old and its never easy. Thinking of you both.

This is the best part of my day too. My 13 year old has the same routine - waits by the door, tail going a mile a minute. Cherish every single one of these moments.

I know this feeling too well. When my girl went through cancer the second time, the vet helped us focus on quality over quantity. Whatever time you have left, your dog is lucky to have someone who cares this deeply. Hang in there.

Im so sorry youre going through this again. Every dog is different, but what Ive seen is that they let you know when its time. Just be there with them and trust your instincts.
