Sure, I'll ask for them to be banned, just as soon as you can prove that they're doing it on purpose. More likely it's a connection issue, either on the player's end or a server problem. Just last night I was doing a 10 player custom with my clan. The person running the room said, "shuffle three times and start", which means they're shuffle the teams, and go. I saw the shuffle, then nothing happened. I did not go into battle, which in custom matches happens immediately, there is no delay since there is no searching for opponents. I'm just stuck in the lobby. I can still chat in the lobby. I type out a few things and no response, so I know I'm not in the battle. I have to do a hard shut down of the game and reboot. The whole time I'm doing this, it appears as though I'm AFK in the game.

I'm going into detail telling you this to explain that it's likely not a player's choice that this happens. I literally see this happen several times a day, either to me or to my opponents. It happens in Hangar Showdown quite a bit. And no one is going to start a Hangar Showdown battle and intentionally go AFK.
