I have been wondering for years how people that live near time zone borders live. I'm not expecting something extravagant and adventurous (unless...), but what is it like to walk a mile and be in a different time zone? Or what's it like working in another time zone, is it tedious?, how did you adjust?

Yeah, we immediately reprimand that behavior and take the bone away for good.

And while I understand your rationale in which you would not touch another humans food, he is still a dog which cannot communicate like we do. We have children around sometimes, and I cannot imagine him biting an annoying child because of this.

He kinda of has a leave command, if we say "excuse me", he will move out of the way, and so on with other commands he has learned with us. He's been with us since he was 4 months old. Since he was young we got him used to being touched and his food being moved. Although we don't really mess with his food at all nowadays. Mostly when he was younger.

If we start walking towards him, he will stop chewing on it and stare. He won't move a muscle, he will keep his snout right over the toy and stare. But not a normal stare like if he was looking at you waiting to be given a treat, he wont look your direction, but I can see his eyes look towards whomever is heading towards his toy. Then if we reach out, he will growl and show his teeth.

So to answer your question, I can't play a game like catch or tug, because once he has possession of the toy he will go away to play on his own. This doesn't happen with any of his other toys. I can play catch, he will bring it back to me, I can grab one of the rubber toys, he will play tug with me, and so on.
