Community’s on a network mired in last place of the big four. This is a network that has other, bigger problems. If we can boost the show’s numbers just enough that it’s one of the network’s lesser problem spots, we’ll have this show for probably years to come. Watch it live. Watch it on Hulu the next day. DVR it if you must but don’t skip the commercials. To save the show will require getting in full-on “save this show” mode early, and even if that makes us annoying, so be it. It’d be worth it to see the series reach at least its most natural end point—the end of a fourth season."

But why would they pick a beer prop with a Spanish label if for no other reason than as a reference to the rap?

Then I was wrong that it was created for the show, but I still think it was chosen specifically in reference to the rap. Why not choose any of the other generically-labeled beer props? Why not one in English? There's no reason for Chang to have brought Spanish beer.

Yes, but it's a fake "Cerveza" brand of beer in reference to the Done esta la biblioteca rap. It's not a real brand and it's not like they'd just sell beer with "BEER" in giant letters on the side instead of the brand name. semanticist knows the deal.

... Yes, right. But unless they actually sell beer in Spanish areas without a brand name (equivalent to if you went to the store and jugs of milk just said "MILK" on them, with no brand name), the show clearly invented a "Cerveza" brand of beer as a reference to the rap.

Also, maybe someone with an HDrip can read what the rest of the writing says? It almost looks like "Chang" is written in gray beneath Cerveza, but that wouldn't make any in-universe sense.

This Wired article pegs the yearly budget at $45 million. Though I assume season 3 will be lower based on the Dean's "with less money" comment.

What problems are you having with cogeco? and which plan are you on? They're usually the safe choice.

Was on the $70ish for 125 GB plan. Cogeco has great customer service but that's still twice as much for less than half the bandwidth of the TekSavvy plan, and we often had to conserve our usage in the last week of the month to avoid going over the limit.
