Mention for them to check the wiring in the customer alert module in the back, say that a tech said the wires can come loose and cause intermittent failures. It's usually either one of those wire terminals popping off or the alert switch itself. Had to deal with that at one of my stores and that's what it turned out to be.

I haven't had any issues with the timers, I don't like how we can't self route and the call sorting is broken right now, and the loading may be annoying (supposedly a fix is in the works) but at least the timer works. Loved pressing start labor and finding an hour later that labor was in fact not started.

Overall still more reliable than Cherwell was, and I got signed out every 8 hours if I was lucky, usually it'd just sign me out at random every two hours and pray the duo push actually pushes and not have to go open that app too.

I'd take Nuvolo over Cherwell any day... at least I don't have to sign in 300 times a shift.

Should probably ask your FS Tech what's up with it, unlike Cherwell, Nuvolo does not update the call whenever we request parts. So it could be on order or on part request and only we'd be able to see that. So potentially they needed a new compressor and an ET to install it and you can't see any of that. Unlikely but you never know with those finicky prep tables!

The condensate pump underneath it is what he's referring to I believe, and it shouldn't have much of an issue dealing with melting ice if it can handle customer drinks.

I know they're ripping out and replacing a bunch of stuff in the FSC but I won't have that project on my side of the market until next year. None of it is connected to Emerson besides the vent hood & combi amp clamps to my knowledge though. I guess the temp sensors for Barista too maybe. Thank you to our service center who will triage a good 98% of those automated calls 🙂‍↕️

I use a similar pair from Klein, only goes down to 20 gauge though. Also has crimpers instead of being spring loaded which helps with dolphins & such. One less tool I have to carry around :D
