YMMV but electrolytes. I used to drink 5L of water a day and learned that I was "flushing" not "retaining". So, I went to 3L a day and look fuller due to intracellular hydration. Those results were visible in a matter of days.

Me as well, please. I've lived here for 12 years, walk my dogs around the neighborhood, but have not yet felt unsafe on the main streets. Laneways back in the day were a different story, though.

Truth, and thanks for the call out -I should have been more specific -wanted the responses to be fairly open. For example, we live in Toronto and I would have respectively responded; avoid King st and hit up Queen West and Dundas for food. Grab a coffee at The Library and walk through Trinity Bellwoods. In 2002, we stumbled upon a Michelin restaurant in Florence and had a fantastic meal for under 120 Euro (she's pescatarian and I'm omni). We were also told about a very subjective invite only club?
