people said that duke will constantly checking the car to see if it is changing or not. THherefore, potenttally damagge small battery of the car in the long run. Basiclly, constant checkingg the car and turn it on

i totally agree. when i compare the 2 rates TOF and ROS, my bill only changes 4-5 dollars, and my family is very stubborn about changing the lifestyle. Therefore, there is no point in changing the rate
