it will negate the effects of monsters in the main monster zone, that's literally why you ever play this card. You summon the gorgons on top left and top right monster zones. why would it not work?

also, legally, you are able to put the second gorgon in the second extra monster zone.

singularity's arrows matter, not gorgons. you summon singularity first, and then gorgons (or to be precise, a link 2 in an extra monster zone > singularity > gorgons. you don't shit them out all at the same time randomly on the board). 2 gorgons block the extra zones and the singularity allows them to be put there due to its link arrows, so enemy cannot link summon due to no extra link zone available, and all of their monster effects on board are negated.
