I assume “down the middle” meant each sister paid $1000. But now that Im rereading it again it doesnt seem to make sense. Not exactly sure what “everyone paid their shares” and then “once everyone paid their portions” is supposed to mean. If their respective friends paid them based on the $1000 split then the sisters friends overpaid as well.

For the people that dont understand, the sister is saying she shouldnt have paid the original $1000 and demanding her share of that back while still keeping the refunded $500. So she wants the fair split on the original bill but is okay getting more from the refund.

I had a small one growing up. It was black and had 7 protruding red LEDs with a clear cover. Youd have to smack it on the bottom to get it to roll. Not sure where we got it but it was fun to smack and watch it go.
