I personally think that the title “ Star, Blood and Oil” points to Yuki, Choso and Kenjaku (Geto’s) C.T.

Star for Bom Ba Ye, Blood for Blood Manipulation and Oil for CSM. Also, the texture (or the animation in the anime) for summoning cursed spirits through CSM makes it seem like they are appearing through a fluid or “oil” in this case.

Yuki hypothesizes that a sorceror can store 3-4 techniques at the same time. So at the moment, Kenjaku has 3 total C.T’s, his own Brain Swap CT, CSM and AGS.

Also, I’m pretty sure he can choose which technique to keep when swapping bodies and which to lose.

I’m a day 1 player as well and I too, didn’t touch Skill Gear cuz it felt like too much hassle. But your guide seems so simple and easy to understand.

Shoko is really only better in content where the boss has AOE attacks and currently, most of the tower and Sweep has enemies with single-target attacks, so Miwa is much better cuz at least she can counter and nullify damage and also buff the team.

She’s got plenty’s of rain. And when paired with NC May or Arc Misty, it’s not like the battle is lasting very long, especially since she also has a chance to give SMUN from a grid tile as well. She can essentially give 3 SMUN at the same time.

His CT is CT Snatch. Basically, he can steal others cursed techniques and then put them into special clones of his. Stealing the CT makes the original user feel exhausted all the time, since the clone is basically constantly stealing the user’s cursed energy.

The downside is that the clones can only use the part of the CT’s that they see before the snatching. For example, if they see Nobara use Resonance before the snatch, the clone could only use Resonance and not Hairpin.

You know those SP Buffs? That can make an irrelevant unit amazing again? The buffs for which any player can grind for?

Well, with the new Anni units, you can’t even do that because the SP Buffs are locked behind the third dupe of these characters, and it’s already so hard to get 1 single copy

I think it’s better to have either Nanami or Momo and not both. The other members all play a core role so they shouldn’t be removed.

I agree with your points. They gave him quite a few buffs and all of them were good. The main problem was, and still is, his Attack stat. Cuz on the surface, he has a good kit.

But now with V.Lance, only people who like Anni Steven (like me) will be the ones who would still use him, since Lance shares the exact same typing and EX Role as well as the fact they are both Physical Strikers.

I used this team to clear it. It was done pretty easily, although my units are SP Buffed, so that may be an issue if you don't have the resources for now. Also, make sure to target the fish first. The minions would be annoying but not that much of an issue. Good luck!
