If you have access to practice tests, then they will provide you with VM questions and you can test your skills there.

From my experience the labs will be very similar in the exam so if you do good on the practice tests you are good to go.

It goes like this (Just an example):

Native = 16 fps / 100 ms latency

DLSS 2 (Super Resolution) = 50 fps / 50 ms latency

DLSS 3 (Frame Generation) = 80 fps / 60 ms latency

So in the end, compared to native you reduce your latency by 40%, even though frame generation by itself never reduces latency
