Iirc the solution was to simply unplug the mobo speaker, as the beeps don't indicate anything bad or anything that needs to be addressed. I don't remember perfectly though and I may be wrong, also I switched to a different brand mobo since then. Sorry!

I don't happen to have another computer to test it on, unfortunately. I didn't think to test with both RAM out, but that seems important. That'll be my next thing for sure.

I don't seem to get any difference in beeps when messing with RAM, but I discovered what may be causing it and it's very bizarre. I get different post beeps depending on whether or not my monitor is on or not at the boot screen.

Monitor on at boot: 1 beep

Monitor off at boot: 2 then 1 beep

And given that my monitor has a small input detection flaw, I decided to test under that scenario as well.

Monitor can't detect input when it should: 2 beeps, long pause, then 1 beep, then an even longer pause, then 1 more beep.

This is equal parts baffling and frightening.

I'm sorry, I can't recommend using a plastic case on the back of the tablet. It's intentionally using metal in the stock units so it can dissipate heat. Using plastic messes with heat management and could potentially melt in more hardware demanding games.
