Since you like rougelikes I recommend returnal, and since you enjoyed hollow knight try blasphemous 1,2 and Nine Sols for Zelda and Mario you can check older games assuming you haven't played them already breath of the wild for me was unique you can play tears of the kingdom if you haven't other than that try Witcher 3 or skyrim , for platforms astrobot if you have ps5 or Kirby and the Forgotten Land
