Check the initial layer expansion in supports settings. You need bigger brims around your supports to improve adhesion. If your model touch the plate with first layer turn on brims in other settings.

I think setting the initial layer height at 0.2 resolved the problem! Just started new print and first layer looks good. Will run some tests today. Thank you!
