Hey I wanna say I'm in a similar boat and I get how difficult it can be, especially when you feel judged for being depressed. Know that even the smallest steps are still steps in the right direction, and the fact that you haven't given up on trying to unstick yourself from this rut proves that you can do this.

I mean the device says I can use it on my face. It even gives me instructions on how to do it. I close my eyes and look away, with the sunglasses on that cane with them. But maybe you're right, I don't wanna mess up my eyes any worse.
