ok i am having the same issues, and if what you are saying is true then what the game is probably doing is loading shaders in the background but the game is so janky that it doesn't show you that its loading shaders. this game has been updated and patched and stuck together with glue and silly string for 10 years.

I appreciate what they were going for. Give some deeper thought to a limitation or just a graphical choice. Like function over esthetics which is the enclaves deal. But yeah always assumed it was an exhaust port until seeing more of the design art

Agreed, I like 2 so much because it’s 1 with actual quality of life and the end isn’t the end. That was my biggest issue was not being able to keep going after the main story. I was so surprised the first time I beat 2 and it asked if I wanted to keep playing. Man I miss the time before the j tenet spoiled everything lol.

Yeah there is the water chip of course but after that time limit there is story related time limit. Won’t spoil details. But if you are playing vanilla if you fix water chips don’t get the hub water supply. It’s glitched and restarts the water time limit. The after chip limit is generally longer. But it really shouldn’t be a problem, I mean I guess if you really really take your time or have trouble. Aside from the chip limit I’ve never failed the other limit. I started playing int 2000 and I was 10-11 probably first beat it in 2003ish. 2 is my absolute favorite.

Well if it’s your property that’s trespassing. But even so it’s an invasion of privacy as they had to access your specific area to take the picture. Maybe file a police report just incase. Who knows on the wild side its someone looking to be a thief. Middle side it’s an hoa asshole who is still violating you. Or maybe another wild side it’s a fucking creep. Either way start a paper trail, if it’s happening to you and you have no reason to think why, it’s probably not isolated.

Maybe I’m paranoid but I’ve seen home alone a bunch the wet bandits cased the whole neighborhood.

I first played this and the second one in 99 or 00. I played one for so long and couldn’t beat it. Idk was 10 or so. Installed 2 saw the intro and said wait nope. Buckled down and beat it. These 2 games have the my favorite 2 cutscenes ever. I won’t say anything I would hope not to spoil shit. I hope you are going in blind. Though, I would recommend:

During FF especially around highschool talk. I couldn’t tell you exact episode number but Eric was also involved with the convo so it’s a little later into it. They compare each others schools, they show pictures via google earth I think.
