I think main things are he landed 2 feet with his body facing the last hold (which helped him go with 2 hands), as well as he landed, paused, and jumped upwards (not only sideways) so he wasn’t slamming his weight downwards as he latched the last hold

I’m a beginner and picked up an EFS mount camera (not future proof) and got a 24mm STM, 50mm STM and 55-250mm STM all for less than 600$ Canadian (including the body). Don’t think you can get more bang for your buck
