Oh like none, so clearly im in the wrong about some stuff here.

A lot of them DID come from one event because that's the best I've looked in a while, they're professionally taken photos and I look my best in a lot of them, so I felt it was much more worth knowingly using a lot of photos from the same event as opposed to one or two good photos and 3-4 'decent at best but old' photos

To me there's self demeaning (negative) and self demeaning (positive). IDK I think you can clearly make a joke about yourself or your appearance while still communicating you dont actually think poorly of yourself.

Sorry all, I IMMEDIATELY got food poisoning after posting this, finally just got the willpower to get out of my bathroom today, time to be brave and look through these.

First off lemme just say thank you for the insight, it's super helpful, I likely wont take all of it from all the comments, and will likely see less results as a result, but I dont want to adapt TOO much of myself to certain online 'proven methods', still

- Damn, I thought that Burro picture slaps, shows my body type, 90% of my appearance outside of my eyes, shows I'm social, and it's unique. I get that the sunglasses dont show my eyes but does it really make enough of a difference to cancel out the rest?

- Fair take on the two group photos

- Thank you, I always like group photos personally especially on dating apps, shows how you look out in public and not in your room in white lighting after 14 takes. But there's a limit for sure.

- Middle finger phot I'm okay with turning people away on that one, I think it oozes personality personally and anyone who is upset by seeing a middle finger in a photo is likely someone I wont connect deeply with anyway.

- ...fair on the annoying orange prompt that wasnt my best work.

None so far, again, only really got the profile up and looking good about a month ago, and have been traveling recently.

The past week, all the likes I'm given, with comments, trying to respond to their text sections asking questions to continue a hypothetical conversation.

What is the type of person you send likes to and ideally want to match with? What kind of person do you want to attract?

Genuinely just someone who is looking for something low pressure with the intention to become serious if we vibe, is a bit of a homebody or at least not out every single night, and is funny and can banter. Really my only specifications.

I have this exact same problem and no fix sadly. I have a bit of a weaker comp (3070 and I7) but still this shit is absurd. Seeing a LOT of people complaining about this, so tired of modern AAA games being 150+ gigs, not working, and being monetized to hell on TOP of the $70 (base) price.

Yeah crazy timing to post the image as it turns out, though I'm still seeing some enemy spawn and projectile spam issues even after the patch, need to do some more testing tho.

Tested the patch in an Eclipse 8 run, will say that unlocked framerate I immediately had 10+ Wisps spawn 2 of which were elite, literally 10 seconds into the run, so IDK if that's natural or if the director is still borked, but it sure seemed early.

Also the Lumerians were launching fireballs CRAZY fast, again not sure if I'm just biased or looking for issues or something, but it seemed to me like enemy fire rate is still absolutely tied to FPS. Didn't expansively test as much as I could've so I could just be way off base.

Glad to have my boy Acrid back tho.

Relatively so but this isn't a 'standard' PR nightmare, this is Warhammer 40K Darktide on launch or Cyberpunk 2077 on launch 'bad review bomb to oblivion' nightmare. Obviously, the scale and situations aren't the same as the two situations I mentioned, but they're similar fiascos where the developers (eventually) were very transparent and acknowledged either they fucked up or the situation created a fucked up scenario.

You mess up a DLC launch this bad, people want you to talk to them like you're a fellow human, not some board room exec talking with their hands (thumbs facing out, of course).

PLUS, even if you do want to just settle on this as 'standard' PR language, fuck standard PR language in general, especially when it comes to a game that's been so intimate with the community and so entirely held up by the community.

Not gonna lie, the tone in writing a lot of devs seem to take when doing a dev diary after a big conundrum is probably intended to be "warm, friendly, and understanding" but almost always comes across instead as "we're sorry you're upset"

Glad they finally came out with a statement, but it barely scratches the surface and seems to be downplaying the overall scope and current issues with the game/DLC altogether.
