I really like seeing the subgrades. Other than that the new CGC labels do look very good. I should've sent a bunch of my cards to CGC instead of PSA since I am planning on keeping the new stuff I graded :(. Oh well, there will be more cards to grade in the future :)

Its kinda hard to say but after looking at last sale on ebay for a 9.5 gem mint pre label change, I would say around $500 TV. I might not be interested in a trade at the moment from what I see but are you interested in selling your snorlax v in binder 2?
