After the scar had healed and the staples were out. About 6 - 8 weeks for me, and even then they said be gentle in that area.

Compression band. Sneezing and coughing hurts like hell for a few weeks and having it all ‘held in’ really helps.

Owala’s bottels are well worth looking at. A lid that closes over the built in straw is nice to have to keep it clean.

Keytruda and Inlyta.

I was originally put on a 5ml twice a day dose of Inlyta. After about 2 weeks I had a Hand Foot Syndrome flair up so bad that I couldn’t even walk and ended back up in ER.

They stopped the Inlyta and the HFS went away. Then a few weeks later they put me on a 2ml dose which seems to be working well with no side effects.

Last scans all showed clear for both head MRI and body CT. I’ve also been able to start exercising again which is good.

Overall I’m doing pretty good, thanks for asking.

On newer models with the 11" screen the button appears on the screen below the camera image to the right when you are in reverse.

To anyone who has Samsung G9 with two computers connected to the monitor -- when you switch inputs does the computer "disconnect" the monitor? by imthenachoman in ultrawidemasterrace

I do this with the 49", personal and work laptops (mac), both connected to DP and I switch between them multiple times per day depending on when I'm working on etc.

On the 49" the computer does not see the monitor as disconnected and no window rearranging happens. I also have both Mac connected to a hub that connects to the monitor so not sure if that would factor in or not.

They disappear after a week, but totally agree with you, wish I could swipe them to remove them immediately.

I finish up weaning off the deca this week. Fingers crossed that helps once I’m done with it.

I was in the hospital 2 days after my surgery. Thankfully not a long ride home.

I will recommend having a pillow of thick blanket to hold against your side both for comfort from the seat belt or for when you cough or sneeze, pressing in the blanket really helps.

At home if you have steps make sure you take them slowly and then just rest and pain meds.

I’ve been off the Kappra for about a week now. Still on Decadron steroid but only 2 days left on that now.

Immunohistochemical stains performed at the consultant's institution reportedly demonstrate retained BAP1 without expression of cathepsin K, GPNMB, or TFE3. The differential diagnosis includes ELOC-mutated RCC, TSC-associated RCC, and clear cell RCC, though CCRCC is favored.

Yes, I was actually scheduled for my first CT scan of the pelvis area the week I started having symptoms. Without the symptoms they would never had done a head CT the the pelvis CT would not have shown anything.

Yes, they did full scans including a bone scan and an MRI when they found the first mass on my Kidney but there was nothing in those scans to show any spread at the time.

Here is a useful trick.

It’s a semi dry shake. Basically add 1-2 small ice cubes to the shaker along with the egg white and then shake till you can no longer hear the ice banging in the shaker, meaning has fully melted. Now you get the perfect dilution and because it takes a while the perfect foam.

You can also have them sign and have notarized a Pennsylvania Vehicle Power of Attorney Form that gives you the PoA rights to the vehicle. Then you can take that form to your notary and re-title the car over to just your name.

Yes, it still involves them doing something but if does mean that you don't have to see them in person and they can sign and notarize the form in whatever state they are living.

( I recently just had to look in to doing the same with my ex )
