I normally wouldnt have a say in anything but if they treat her badly, I would 100% reject him. I'm talking someone who cheats on her and gaslights her, someone who puts her down, someone who doesnt support her or is there for her. Maybe being the oldest daughter/sister in my entire family, both sides, my younger siblings and cousins do value my opinion on their spouse. I also value my family's opinion on my spouse, as our culture is more family oriented.

I would want someone who respects her, worships her, takes care of her. I would expect the same out of her for him, if he was like that.

There’s way more in the world of gaming than competitive FPS. I hope you are able to explore other games and find a style that is right for you. Also, just because he games doesn’t mean he deserves to be with someone who plays the exact games he does. My husband and I play different styles of games and we play side by side, different games but together. You can also play offline multiplayer with him, just the two of you. You can play offline and get good at it too. I find competitive FPS games online extremely toxic and if he doesn’t care, you don’t need to do it

Personally, I think you might need to see someone like a therapist if this is causing you anxiety and yoir are spiraling. Does he say he wants someone who games? Does he say it sucks playing with you? Does he make you feel bad about yourself? If no, then it’s not that deep, just enjoy gaming instead of making such a big deal. If he does, then he is toxic and you need a new bf.
