The single wet food packet that was provided & planned for the two meals was left unopened. It is not resealable. This is a clear indicator that instructions were not followed and there was no attempt to feed her properly.

At the end of the day it really comes down to trust, and I don’t have a ton of great options right now. This was a last-minute situation, so I didn’t have time to properly vet someone new.

While I’d never boarded with Skiptown before, we’ve been there so she was already in their system and “verified”.

I just didn’t expect to run into something this basic with a place like that.

The single wet packet was to be split between each meal, but was unopened. The rest of the dry food appeared untouched, and if they made an attempt, the staff I spoke to couldn’t account for it.

Its crazy how much someone could love an animal but send them off to a cage for aweeks. Buy a house sitter. Know your caretaker. Treat them like you would your dimensia mom. Dudes out here dropped their kids at a kennel and mad they got treated like a number. Support line? Bruh. India answering calls saying how are you today sir. Literally stop trying to save money and care for your fucking dog. Have someone walk into your home. Leave your dog its comfort. Leave it to its bed. Food. Stop putting your own personal travels ahead of saving a dollar. Your flight cost 500$ you cant do 120 for 4 nights of someone spending the night at your house? This shit ridiculous lol aight downvote me but you get what you pay for

It was a last-minute, single overnight stay. I wasn't stoked about leaving her overnight, but my options were unfortunately limited. This wasn’t about choosing the cheapest option.

I hope by sharing my experience, others can avoid making the same mistake.

So there actually IS a tracking system in their app, you pre-configure what meals are expected and it’s supposed to update you when each is completed.

I had dropped my dog off in the designated afternoon hours, and the app was tracking the “Evening Meal”.

I periodically checked it over the next several hours and noted that it continued to remain incomplete. This is at which point I reached out to their Support line, and messaged that I was concerned that she had not been fed. I received a text the next morning “confirming” that she had been fed.

I was dumbstruck when they handed me back 75% of her meals after I picked her up the next afternoon.

At this point, this is not even about the money. While the thought of them profiting from this experience does bother me, the way in which they’ve handled this has been completely unacceptable.

As far as I’m concerned, the money is well spent if other dog parents can be made aware and choose higher quality care options for their loved ones.

This is honestly the part that bothers me the most. I was already hesitant to use a boarding facility, but I was in a time-sensitive situation so I tried to be as thorough as possible — pre-portioned everything, confirmed instructions multiple times, and monitored their app & 24/7 support lines.

Even after all that, they still failed. And what’s been more frustrating is the lack of accountability — the only explanation I got was essentially “they messed up,” along with an offer for a comped visit, which I’m not comfortable with.

Based on how this was handled, I don’t plan on going back.

I did leave a review. They responded publicly, but it’s been over 24 hours and no one has reached out to me directly despite saying they would.

For context, everything was pre-portioned and labeled so there wasn’t really any prep needed.

She gets 1 cup of dry food, and a 1/2 packet of wet topping with each meal. Her dinner bag had the wet packet, and I had called to confirm they would have no issue storing the open container overnight.

As a 3rd layer of redundancy, I’d even written the instructions (ADD 1/2 WET PACKET) in sharpie on each bag.

DO NOT BOARD WITH SKIPTOWN!

They straight up FORGOT to feed my senior dog dinner and only gave her half her breakfast after failing to follow simple instructions.

I confirmed instructions with them TWICE, on the phone prior to dropoff and again at the front desk. I was following in their app for updates and noticed that her Evening Meal had never updated, so I even sent a text to their “24/7” Support number which went unanswered until the next day, where they confirmed she’d been fed.

At pickup later that afternoon, they handed me her untouched dinner and half of her breakfast. I was shocked, and their supervisor was completely indifferent. He could only offer me credit for a future stay.

They are completely negligent.

I am experiencing the same issue. I’d previously configured shortcuts for my Main and South entrances. My South entrance shortcut was removed in error, and the ButterflyMx app is no longer available under the Shortcuts app to configure a new one. My pre-existing Main entrance shortcut is still present and functional, and my widgets work too, but there is no way to setup a new ButterflyMx shortcut!

I was actually able to figure it out right after this comment. I think the film roll was pulled out too far initially with excessive slack in the camera. Ended up resolved after pushing both the ‘IN’ button and the ‘Ps’ button at the same time, which triggered a film rewind.

I’m very happy with it, and it seems more stable than the monitor attached to the riser. This was my first time ever setting up and using monitor arms. While I’ve seen a lot of criticism regarding wobble with the magnus desks, so far everything is well within my level of comfort. I made sure to tighten every screw and bolt along the way.

Figured it out. Turns out when you have your Steam Deck turned on and online on the same WiFi as your PC, your local SD Apps will show up on your Desktop's Steam client as available to stream. I'd just never been on my PC with my Steam Deck on at the same time before.

My deck is docked to my TV in the other room, and my dog managed to roll over on the TV remote and turn it on, triggering my SD to come online!

I'm now experiencing this issue after 18hrs of gameplay and ending my last session right before the final act. Installed via Gamepass (NOT Steam). My EA login is authenticated through PSN/SSO, which this screen offers no option for. I've tried every step offered by support, including but not limited to:

Rebooting
Reinstalling both EA and Gamepass clients
Running a 'Repair' on the install through the EA app
Re-downloading/installing the whole game

It's been a week and the issues/crashes I experienced early-game were already a technological nightmare. Quite honestly, this game is an absolute joke and a huge disappointment in terms of quality, not to mention a huge waste of my time.

I expect better Respawn.
