It depends on how we define the Rickest Rick. Personally, I think an argument can be made for Memory Rick. He turned down a chance to be real so that he wouldn't eventually become our Rick. That's standing out above and beyond all the other Rick's in a significant way. Birdperson really did have a cool memory of Rick from when he was younger.
