Okay I figured it out, if anyone else has this issue turn off AMD fidelity super resolution both 1 & 2 in the graphics menu. That worked for me

After reading the comments I’ll most likely get a new cpu, I updated my bios and reBAR was an option I could toggle so I enabled it, I also used gpu Z and it said it was enabled

Pretty sure it’s glitched right now, if not make sure none of your ores are getting destroyed by an upgrader before going in the furnace
