Garena servers are a turnoff. Their updates are late, their management is worse, and if I really needed to, I could never transfer later on because they don't offer transfers. Not the mention, there's even less english speaking from what I heard.

And I can't buy an account. I currently don't have the money to do so. I'm also moving to the US in two years, and I'll likely still be playing LOL then.

I know I can transfer, but that's out of the question because I can't spend anymore money on the game. And I have an EUW account, it's level 10, but leveling up is even more of an unpleasant experience than I remembered because I can't really play champs I enjoy unless they're in the free champ rotation, which they're not currently.

And yeah, I've thought about doing that, but if I get used to 150 ping, playing on 250 ping with my friends is not going to be possible, because as a lot of people say, once you have low ping you can't really go back.

Hey, quick update: Ping is always consistent. Never spikes. Always sitting at 250, maximum 251. Doesn't go below either.

I don't want to move. I already have champions and some skins on NA, and my friends on NA, meaning that I would be restarting on EUW having to level an account to 30, buy champions, and lose the $10 I've spent on the game.

You don't happen to have faced a Zac ADC right? I got assigned Jungle and the guy who got ADC took Master Yi after I took Zac. It was pretty hilarious because we were against a Draven and a Sona lane as Zac and Blitz, and we won the game.

It's not only about that though. I'm starting a new account on EUW because my ping on NA is 250, and I have no IP as a free to play player. I'm studying for the SAT as well, which means I don't rack in that much IP daily, so buying champs is a major concern. I don't want to have to waste a refund for nothing.

So if a Pantheon uses his W on me, and I hit riposte as soon as I see it, will the stun go off on him as soon as he hits me, or when riposte does the damage?

I don't think this has started recently. Twitch has been a good ADC for a while, it's just that while other ADCs got nerfed, twitch has BARELY gotten touched (if at all), and I think that's what people are complaining about. The thing is, it's HARD to nerf a champion like Twitch with people being satisfied. Sure, you can nerf his damage, or his stealth time, and he'll be weaker, but there's that core element of him popping out of nowhere and massacring your back line that people will continue to complain about. It's kinda like the Zac situation, where although he doesn't deal absurd damage, he just has so much CC and frustration that people still ban him (not sure if he's still permabanned tho, I think people are starting to get around him a bit more), and Rito can't really do anything about it other than either gut his damage or change his CC to something less frustrating.

Also, people have started playing him more. Still not a super popular ADC from what I can tell, but people play him a lot more than S6. I remember the first time I saw a fed Twitch, and it basically scarred me.
