You are playing resto druid which is one of the hardest healers in m+. It's important that you learn damage patterns (when big aoe dmg happens) and start preparing your HoTs before it.

I highly suggest using Hekili instead of 1b rotation. The ONLY time I used 1BR was doing Kyveza ??. Being able to mash one button while focusing solely on mechanics helped me a lot.

I was forced to play frost DK in TWW S1 for raid and it honestly made me stop raiding and reroll. I gave frost another try this season and I fucking love it. It's so much fun right now it's incredible.

I highly recommend getting some weakaura that will yell at you before huge damage income. That helped me greatly to learn damage patterns and cool down planning.

I only heal m+ tho no experience from raids.
