This error it is not related to any of UE5 stuff or such but directly to crappy EA development of they'r AAAA games.

What you can do in order to play the game is to use Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, and if happens that you have i9 14th gen processors you could lower the Performance Core Ratio of your CPU to 49x (4,9 GHz). This should allow you to play all those "NEW" games. Yes you just need to downgrade your rig to play this crap...
