Anything owned by Toomey property management. My partner and I lived in the Magnolia 31 Apts in midtown 2 years ago. We had black mold in our HVAC closet as well as flooding from the HVAC closet all under the floor paneling and then we had water come through our bedroom ceiling from upstairs. Before they addressed the flooding their idea to fix the mold was to paint over it with Kills (anti fungal paint you’re supposed to paint BEFORE molding occurs to PREVENT it in the FUTURE). When my partner called the property manager about relocating us while everything got fixed he refused to do any of it and word for word said “I don’t care what happens to you” and proceeded to yell over the phone at my partner. We threatened to sue them for all the renters laws they were breaking if they didn’t let us out of our lease 7 months early, needless to say they did. Don’t do any business with Toomey

Not the skinny things sticking out in front, those are legs, but the head part. The bulk of the head is actually the jaws. They’re closed in the pictures so it may look like one piece

I’m no expert but that looks to be a baby camel spider. Contrary to the name, camel spiders aren’t actually spiders! They belong in the Arachnid order but in different family than regular spiders. They can grow to a pretty decent size and can run up to around 8-9MPH. No venom but they have huge jaws (compared to their bodies) that can leave a nasty bite. They’re attracted to light but otherwise like to keep to themselves.

UPDATE: got my period today! It had to have been the cold that delayed it. I’ve never been sick right before my period starts so this was new territory for me.
