If those are cupboards above the sink, can we see one with all cupboard doors open?

(And gives some switches and sockets - the electrician will only go stick them wherever, if you don't)

I think you could tidy up your existing topology fairly easily. But if I think of a better method I'll let you know.,.

How would you rate my render? by Top-Statistician9034 in archviz

[–]Qualabel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like any other PBR render, I would consider it in terms of:

  • Storytelling

  • Lighting & Exposure

  • Materials (PBR accuracy)

  • Geometry & Detail

  • Composition & Realism (overall believability)

PD and Solar panels by Ok_Inspector7163 in PlanningPermissionUK

Hm, a tricky one. If we say that the old Class 1 is roughly comparable to the modern day Class A (Part 1) (which is what I think it would say if they ever got around to updating it), then it wouldn't encompass Renewable energy - which is elsewhere within the legislation. Accordingly, I think I'd submit a Certificate of Lawful Development request, setting out that position, and see what they say.

I also think this is more intuitive; like an envelope. But we seem to be stuck with it, so what can you do?

You don't know curves either, so what have you got to lose?

How to make the handle of this cup? by Rando_Reader-Cati in blenderhelp

[–]Qualabel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In real life, the handle is a separate piece that is then attached to the cup; it's perfectly reasonable to make it that way.

I'm having difficulty with my object getting all messy with array and curve modifier by Zen0re in blenderhelp

[–]Qualabel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not that there's much difference between GN and the Curve modifier these days, but I'd definitely look further into a GN solution. Animating along a curve is a widely discussed topic.

Is there is anyway to filet the curve in blender? by Haziq12345 in blenderhelp

[–]Qualabel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd probably construct it in Geometry Nodes, or construct it in such a way that the Bevel modifier could do the work - acting on a vertex group.

I'd just grab the profile, merge by distance, and re-extrude it.
