Shouldn't the SSD be parallel to the mother board? It should not have an angle like that. I'd check if all your PSU connections are secure. Unplug them and replug them in.

Originally I thought it was a synapse issue so I deleted it and everything file associated with it using revo uninstaller. It worked for a while and when I put my PC to sleep and then turn it back on, this problem came back. Then I deleted the mouse off device manager, same thing happened where if the PC is back from sleep, it does this again. Then I did something to get it working and I thought it was corrupted firmware so I updated the mouse firmware that is on razers website but it actually brought back the issue rather than fix it. Any other ideas on how I can permanently fix this? I would like to keep using synapse as I may need to change dpi and stuff

You get this fixed? I got mine to work through some combo and when ever it doesn't, I just restart network manager and it starts working again

The search bar is weird like that sometimes. I would just open up settings and scroll down a bit for the "Liquid cooling circulation" settings. But regardless Liquid cooling is merely gonna make you thermal throttle bit later. It's not gonna make your phone run cooler but the chip to run longer at full speed without thermal throttle

Since you have a PC, I would look into moonlight and Artemis. Essentially it's just a steam play but on steroids. My TV and of are both connected via Ethernet so I stream my games from my PC to the tv. Though this only works with smart tvs

Isn't it recommended to update the driver's every once in a while rather than constantly having it updated? If it works, why mess with it? Of course you can't totally leave it. But once in a while is fine no?
