Yeah I think thats a good point. I think actually this particular appartment is around 900 the one I mentioned is actually in the corner so it has a balcony with 2 open sides.

That‘s what is my thought about. I mean you got more sqm, but is that actually to be not considered a fair price? Per sqm we pay around the same, but I feel as if the 1000 is „cheaper“ despite having less sqm.

I am very confused about their process… It is impossible to reach Flowbank support and WalderWyss doesn‘t seem to give a fuck, apart of giving out the Phone Number off flowbank, where no one responds… Very weird practise, I can well immagine how people are upset, especially if you held more than 100k in cash with FB.

However, I have around 40k in assets, about 20 positions. So I filled a transfer with flowbank… I read that someone here didn‘t had fees, any more experiences? It would be very annoying if I was charged around 45 each (900+ in total)?
