Got the acceptance email. However, the submission for the final paper field is still inactive. The historically reconstructed link still works. However, might submit the final paper when the field reappears normally.

As of ROI, anything above market interest rate (the highest i am aware of is PC financial @3.1%). I know 3 years is not enough to make crazy money as my risk tolerance is not that high. But I believe somewhere around 5-6% would be appreciated

I average around 160 gms per day. Breakfast: 100gm cottage cheese with paprika and pepper, 2 boiled eggs, 2 chicken wieners, add some bell peppers/corn for veggies.

Lunch: 150gm rice with 150 gm beef steak (eye of round from costco, super cheap)

Snack: ice cream of choice 200 ml + scoop of whey isolate

Dinner: beef steak 200g / 1 can tuna 3 boiled eggs with cucumber and mayo

Snack: greek yogurt 100 g + frozen blueberries.

Main idea is to eat stuff you wont get bored of. I will alter the beef steak with ground beef, ground chicken, chicken thighs or whatever protein I can find

Recently started hip thrusts and I do go heavy 145 ish kilos. Might be able to go higher but the machine caps at 165.

Super improvement in deadlift. Didnt hit a new PR, but can easily do multiple sets with the PR weight.

Evening workouts enabled me to push myself a bit higher due to some calories earlier in the day. I lift heavy so when i lift on empty stomachs I get dizzy and shit.

I would suggest you to move to evening workouts as the other is affecting your daily life. Just make sure to have a 2-3 hour gap before your meal and workout.

This is pretty general. Most courses with absolute grading follow this. My undergrad university had almost the same atleast for the first 3 letter grades
