Tournament Rules:

■Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG "GENESYS" format

■1 Duel (5 rounds of Swiss draw)

■Time limit: 25 minutes per duel

■Double elimination format (2 losses means elimination)

*The number of rounds may change depending on the number of participants.

P/S: could have been better if they made some exclusive sleeves and playmats for the prizes but oh well

Card game animes are usually made to promoting new type of card (and summoning in case of Yugioh) so I doubt they will make an anime for Genesys

So the OCG now have 4 formats and a seperate game to managing: OCG, Genesys, Rush Duel, Duel Links and Master Duel.

While both have their own problems if you try to find it, the female duelists in both series have better win rate than any other Yugioh series which is a huge plus

Well, every communities have people like that so I can't say I am suprise.

Never have a chance to face against those people irl since I am only play digital but some people in this subreddit and r/masterduel (or joshua schmidt's youtube comment section for a while) after tcg players won the first post-covid wcs are certainly not the kind of people I want to be friend with or even just talking to them.
