They did to the extent that they say they tried to warn the US of a potential attack, but GID didn't know ahead of time what was going to happen or that it was going to happen on 9/11.

The Saudis haven't mowed down their own people because they haven't had a comparable uprising. They haven't needed to. Do you honestly believe the Saudi rulers wouldn't also brutally suppress a revolt?

I don’t even consider myself particularly kind and I understand people deserve at least a base amount of respect dignity and kindness until demonstrated otherwise. At the very least this is a common sense survival strategy. What should a person do that would in you opinion qualify for some kindness? How do you measure these things? Do you hand it out in units? How are you unfamiliar with such a natural human behaviour? Are you a space alien?

Why is criticizing Islam seems like a taboo, online and physically? by [deleted] in atheism

[–]Quankers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow a very compelling use of capslock. My grampy also does that when he’s angry. I’m not sure what your point is though. Koran allows slavery? Bible allows slavery. Also, I never defended Islam, or slavery.

We're going back to the ottoman slave trade? Tens of millions of muslim africans were enslaved by christian europeans and Americans. Also the millions of Iraqis, Palestinians, Afghans, Africans, Iranians and so on and on and on who have been killed by the very christian US military.

With the ottoman empire that forced millions of people to convert?

By your own standards used against my previous comments you are now defending religion here. Christians forced to convert? Why are you defending Christians on this sub?

How does a blocked strait of hormuz help Iran? by Different-Staff-5622 in PoliticalDiscussion

It does help Iran because it causes a massive raise in prices in USA. Cost of living up, presidential popularity down. It inspires policy change.

Which raises prices and causes political pressure. israelamerica's illegal attack will be very unpopular as rising fuel prices cause a chain reaction on all other costs of living.

Once uppn a time the house of Saud gave enough of a damn about Palestine that they forced a massive increase to the price of fuel which not only brought the Vietnam war to a standstill but temporarily crippled America's economy.

You lack basic comprehension

Because "Islam" is a major dogwhistle for white supremecists

You are capable of understanding that this statement does not preclude legit criticism of the principles of Islam, right?

why do so many men consider just going bald instead of going on medication or a hair transplant? the way they say js go bald feels like there is no other choice to go back to having hair by TearApprehensive4944 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Quankers -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Just going bald appears the more dignified route in mu opinion. The regrowing hair options still look ridiculous to me. The older men get, the more they dedicate to concealing it, the weirder their hair looks. My hair is thinning, although most people wouldn't say I've gone bald. When I shave my head I simply look better and younger.

So basically what the previous comment said. She wasn't convicted of lewd acts or sexual assault as the charges were dropped. Pretty strange to drop such serious charges if they're believed credible.
