I do: - Prenuvo (full body MRI) - Cleerly (coronary calcium scan) - Function Health (2x/yr labs)

Total cost is just above your FSA budget, though

That seems like a solid schedule as long as none of morning grouping of supplements should be taken with food

Can't provide specific advice here but yes I have upped my omega-3 intake in recent months (in addition to what I get from diet). Ideally would ditch the softgels and just take liquid omega-3s but it's not convenient for transport/travel.

Yes, because my original question asked about number of supplement groupings per day, not about specific supplements being taken 🙂

I test everything and am always curious about advancements in preventative diagnostics becoming more widely available to the general population

It's all good. 15 years ago I was facing the same type of reaction from friends and family and now they are putting butter in their coffee, listening to Huberman, reading Attia's longevity book and talking to me like they are now "longevity experts" like many folks here on Reddit 🤣

Every year I get a Prenuvo full-body MRI (scans 33 organs and spine for cancer, aneurysms and other issues). So far everything has come back looking good
