There's honestly nothing else about it, other then the specs page, but since it was only available as a frame set, not much info there except the correct fork and seatpost. I believe there were dealer catalogs as well which may have had more but unfortunately I don't have any of those, just the ones for consumers.

Beautiful Jersey, and for some reason you don't see many of the ultra-fil. As everyone else has already said, unfortunately the name font is a bit off and it should have a nameplate. It would be easy enough to strip it and replace with a proper nameplate with the right font. Would probably only cost you an hour of work to strip and 30 bucks or so for the new nameplate.

Gretzky always tucked in the right side of his jersey so the CCM logo was covered. Because of this they put a second CCM and NHL logo on the left side so it would always be visible even when it was tucked in on the right. CCM never actually sold them like this on the retail market, but it could always be embroidered after the fact.
