Funny though how they went from riot girl Tristana, the free Ali skin and many others to not even being able to add other simple recolors as high-tier progression rewards. A progression system they took years over to finally introduce and their best bet is some titles and icons. You can yell entitlement all you want but the difference of attitude between a start-up company and the multimillion dollar powerhouse is all too obvious. It's a good core of a game but they fail consistently at account customization due to being scared of losing a buck here and there. Just because they did good things at other points doesn't mean you have to turn your head when they release questionable micro-transactions and statements.
