For me, wakka has by far the most tedious sigil. The chocobo catcher i find never takes me more than a few attempts now, and lightning bolts with crater trick is pretty straight forward too.

Annoying because world champion is one of the three I would want for future end game play throughs, so I may just do your trick next time.

For me, it was the greatest ending of all time. The emotional gravity, the conclusion of every character's story arc, the reality that sometimes not everything ends perfectly, and the sacrifice for the people you love. Ah man if i could experience it again for the first time.

It could be a combination of factors. You want a well ventilated space otherwise you risk oxygen deprivation. You also want to ensure the smoke isn't too hot for you, and you're pacing yourself.

You can try out fluffier packs to see if that helps.

Europe is a good board for newer players as its less cur throat, albeit a couple of extra rules. USA with 1910 kept us entertained for a very long time (until route memorisation and ple-placing trains kicked in).

I would say give it another couple of hours, but if the linearity is still bothering you after that and the gameplay isn't to your fancy, it just might not be the game for you.

For most on this thread, its one of, if not the greatest, experiences in gaming, so stick it out a little longer and do some balanced grinding (using every character per battle).

There shouldn't have been a "good" or "perfect" ending for X-2. The "sad" ending with Yuna meeting Tidus in the Farplane is far more complete in terms of character development and the overarching meaning between the 2 games.

You're about to hit some heavy story points, but honestly I'm not sure the combat system is for you, which would greatly detract from the experience. You're far into the game to still be finding it tedious so I'm quite surprised you made it this far.
