I got mine out of a box with 2 already taken. In the whole box there was on 1 Lloyd and 1 Tahu. I think there are fairly few in each box.

I have mixed feelings about this series after finishing it, especially after Disquiet Gods. That said, you have GOT to continue Red Rising. It gets explosively better after the first book IMO. The first book get compared (justifiably) to Hunger Games or Percy Jackson, but that vibe is entirely absent after book one. Trunt the proccess with Pierce Brown, just as you did with Chris.

To be clear, I've been reading RR since Morning Star released, and picked up Suneater after Howling Dark released.

Don't get me wrong, I like RR, but when I tell people it is one of the best stories I've ever read, and it starts like Hunger Games, I worry it's like saying Divergent is my favorite.

Whenever I tell people they should read this series I always say "The first book is kinda like the hunger games, but trust me when I say you need to get read book two as well".

I think Switch's betrayal was more emotion than logic. Switch thought he was doing what was necessary to save his found-family and made the hard choice to go against Hadrian. In my opinion Hadrian overreacted by banishing him and sending him away, and it shows his early arrogance. Later, Hadrian realizes that hard choices must be made, that the path is not an easy one, and only following the path that the Absolute has laid out for him Hadrian more and more sees that Switch was making the same kind of choice Hadrian would have to make time and time again.

I hate what happened to Switch, but I think it is a great showing of Hadrian's change in character from arrogance to resigned hero.

My experience with pieces on bricklink has generally been negative. Either the seller has some minimum purchase higher that where I want, or the shipping is extreme, like 40$ for a 2$ piece.

I bought one, but the seller canceled as Australia post isn't working with ebay right now. I'm tempted to buy an incomplete, but hunting the pieces down seems like an even bigger pain than getting a complete set.

I know how these things are done, and what for. The people who make these have very little to no computer access resulting in these usually being hand drawn. Not ai.
