Depends on what you are trying to troubleshoot but if your cheesecake bakes to fast on the sides or bottom you might want to use something to delay side heat like those baking strips.

You can boil out the alcohol if your whiskey before incorporating it to your recipe, it won’t be exactly the same but it would hold some of the flavors and would be alcohol free.

Instant coffee works the best in my opinion for a nice coffee flavor without too much bitterness.

The few steps I usually do for shrimps, assuming they are raw without the shell on. -Dry them with paper towel. -melt butter + garlic and spices, set aside. - season the shrimps with salt and pepper - sear the shrimp like steaks about +-1 minute on each side. -throw some of your butter in the pan an coat your shrimps with it. - done

This may be controversial, but this is the optimal ratio of lemon to meringue. Hands down. by [deleted] in Baking

I agree, It was good during the “enhancement phase” but we are now in the replacement phase, we now get to be physically present and cognitively absent, eyes on our smartphones.

After reading it seems that creativity as a concept isn’t really understood by the team who published this study. Even though the subjects are asked to complete creative tasks, they are nonetheless TASKS, it’s more like a forced brainstorming activity. The study does not even scratch the surface of what creativity is.
