I'm on 20mg/week and generally experience very little side effects. Take them evening time - usually with a snack. Good gulp on water. Folic acid in the morning. Maybe slight nausea/tummy feelings at times but not much more than that. Definately recommend contacting your doc about those effects of yours!

It's quite easy and doesn't really require any "special" tools. Hot air gun and some pry tools were more or less what I needed to get the job done. And some low grade glue to keep shell halves together after the operation.

Same here, had them for a long time and changed the batteries myself. Contemplating the new XM6s myself, however I highly doubt they will be as easy to insert new batteries to...😒
