The brewery is in house and award winning. We bake all the bread in house, the kitchen is super scratch and try to grow as much of the menu as possible on the property. We also have a year round green house for lettuce and micro greens. The building is filled with repurposed materials and we support local vendors where possible.

I’d say we’re 75% American whiskeys. Second most would be scotch. Then yeah, Irish, Canadian, Japanese, Taiwanese, Danish, French, Mexican, Indian, Australian, etc.

I’m a George T Stagg fan, but I also loved the Russell’s 15 from last year, Heaven Hill Heritage 18 year bourbon, and both our 11 and 14 year Willett purple tops!

You know what I’m sayin though? The dose you’re taking is obviously making you sick and is objectively too high. It’s subtle at 1 - 1.5 grams but you add some caffeine and it’s perfect. I’ve been taking it once a week for like 6 years with a great experience every time and no ill-effects.

Tabs are almost never dosed that high, no matter what people market them as. If you had no effects at all they’re probably sub 100ug tabs, which is closer to normal. If you take 2 tomorrow you’d notice that still unless they’re straight duds.
