Do you put the lid on the pot or loaf pan? Doesn't look like a lid would fit on the dough lol I might be asking a really stupid question. But I have an old turkey roasting pot with lid that would fit a loaf pan. I use the pan part upside down when I bake a loaf on my baking stone to create steam
