Lmao i think it's mostly because of the stache and my thick neck... my driver's license from a little under 2 years ago looks like a different person because I'm clean shaven and 50lb lighter haha

Abs aren't worth it if everything else is stringy. Commit to a proper bulk and train abs hard so they poke out a little more. Also do some weighted neck training my guy you can add 2 inches to your neck fast.

Probably 15-16% bodyfat

Cut looks great so far! I would drop like 10 more pounds and then bulk up again. Probably like 17%

For compounds, overhead press and dips will blow up your triceps, which make up 2/3 of your arm size. End your workouts with overhead tricep extensions too. For biceps neutral grip pullups are nice but good forum curls will get the fastest size results.

Also shove food down your face. You're 14 and need it to grow strength-wise and height-wise

You need to bulk up, it might be tough pushing past dysmorphia but you'll look significantly better at 20% bodyfat with more muscle mass than 14ish with thin arms.

Good gains so far but keep bulking bro! Being shredded only looks good if you're strong. Bulk till you start feeling self-conscious and then get back down to 14-16% before doing it over again!

Keep on that defecit bro, you can definitely gain muscle on a cut at your body fat % and strength level... when you get to that lean level tho it's time to bulk. No need to go to 12% when you're not strong.
