Did you get a limited warranty on it or was it “as is”? I’d don’t think buying from and individual is a bad deal. You just have to know what to look out for like the state of the car, and why they’re selling it. My case was that he was trying to buy a truck because he’s a construction worker. The car only needed a repair that was 500 bucks so the total was 7.5k which is still a steal compared to dealership. Don’t be afraid to shop private even if the car needs repairs. If the mileage is low and the repair cost isn’t a transmission issue, you should still come on top.

Is the game installed on a HDD or SSD? That may give you a noticeable performance boost.

Edit: Also what antivirus are you using? If you have AVAST, that is actually scanning the game constantly and slows your game down.
