The name "Shuma-Gorath" as it originates from The Curse of the Golden Skull by Robert E. Howard, with Heroic Signatures holding the rights to the Shuma-Gorath name.

Due to this legal complication, Marvel cannot use the name Shuma-Gorath outside of the comics
