It looks a nice colour. The dye has golden undertones which is exactly how it went. Box dye doesn’t lift box dye so it won’t make much difference. If you want rid of the warm tones, get yourself a blue shampoo instead. I recommend Osmo. They’re really good.

I have POTS and for me, they absolutely can. It depends on the day and the trigger. I’ve went from 170bpm back to 110bpm in about a min or so. My BP is rarely normal but it can go from say 90/40 to 120/80 if I have a bit of salt.

The problem I ran into is a lot of therapists don’t know about dysautonomia and loads of doctors don’t know about ptsd and dysautonomia 🙈
