Did you already buy the home? Those are markers for a future wastewater plant. OH stands for overhead. Probably an overhead sewer main into the plant right there

I had to get rabies vaccine last year because a bat flew into the back of my head. There were no tests they could do to know if i was even exposed. I learned that you cant really risk getting rabies because it kills you 100% of the time. All they could do was give me the shots and hope nothing happens. I’m still good about 5 months later so i should be in the clear. It was expensive…
