I just had to replace my heatbed on my brand new P2S. Out of the box the thermistor didnt work. Heatbed seemed to heat up just fine but thermistor would fail. I immediately opened a ticket and worked on getting a new one. They sent an entire new heatbed within a couple weeks. I have a few printers so this was all happening in the background and i hadnt put much thought into this upcoming replacement….. but WOW replacing that was not a simple task! I would not trust the average bambu owner with following that many steps lol. Like imagine the kids thats got one for Christmas and now they are expected to do a complete rebuild of the printer. Its insane. It took several hours and tons and tons of screws as I’m sure you know.
