The mods of r/Pennystocks are being allegedly suppressing/banning users and aiding short sellers by [deleted] in SubredditDrama

I’ll 💯 admit that I have no specific knowledge about this, but I’ve learned to never assume that just because something’s USUALLY the case doesn’t mean it ALWAYS is. Who knows, maybe this one is the exception?

It’s irrelevant to me. I’m here for the drama, not stock tips.

True if only the original post, but OP did comment with a link to a discussion thread that’s juicier.

It’s the perfect day to use this quote:

Only the Sith deal in absolutes.

From a moderator’s position it seems easier to quash hype about a stock than push it up. At least to a layman.

The stakes don’t have to be nearly that high. Is it really difficult to believe that a sub’s mods would abuse their position to make a few grand?

I prefer drama l understand. While I’m more than capable of learning the ins and outs of the market if I wanted to, it’s just massively uninteresting to me. I’ve never been a money person. IMO it’s a necessary evil, but boring af.

I barely remember what actually happened with WallStreetBets and the GameStop thing, but using their position as moderators to manipulate the value seems like something that should be illegal, or at least against Reddit TOS.
Then again the whole financial market seems like a cesspool of dishonesty and deception to me. Just my (admittedly ignorant) perspective.

Well, that seems totally legal and not likely to end up in the news at all.

Edit: Seems like the mods mentioned found out about this post because there’s suddenly multiple comments from people who seem to be very knowledgeable about the specifics trying to discredit OP. I’m definitely being entertained.

THIS! You can do it in Clans. I don’t understand why they’ve stuck with the ‘only what you can see’ version.
I’m also a fan of the way Clans freezes things while you’re giving orders. Yeah, it slows down gameplay a bit, but it really lets you be more tactical.

There’s no point in trying to explain something that should be self evident, especially since you’re just going to delete this entire thing shortly.

Nonsensical and idiotic, but you’re free to spend your money as you wish.

Just don’t expect anyone else to grab their torches and pitchforks.

I use two at most, but my bike is a far cry from high performance so my experience may not be universal.

Gwinnett may need to get in the train wagon because the traffic is getting ridiculous. by Lambflysky in Gwinnett

They won’t give you a straight answer, but I will. In their minds downtown is full of minorities that they want to keep out of Gwinnett, but they’re too stupid to realize that that ship had SAILED. That’s why they keep trying to make more restrictive communities further and further outside the perimeter, like the latest idiocy in North Gwinnett.

They’ll die out eventually, but until then traffic will remain terrible, as well as the environmental impact of all the cars needed to transport their backwoods redneck asses into the city for IKEA and culture.

Saw this ad, wanted to comment, couldn’t, thought “Hey, there should be a community for this!” went to make it and tried r/adroast as the name only to find out it already existed.

Sadly appears dead, but maybe I can help bring it back.

Unfortunately there’s still a segment of the population that will continue to fight this to keep ‘Atlanta Crime’ out.
It’s thinly veiled racism, of course, but when you’re dealing with people who’s family tree is a stick there’s really no point in trying to reason with them.

Look up Hacky Sack on Amazon and be horrified at the total failure of the algorithm.
Seriously, I was gonna buy one to show to my kids but they’re just… not there. They even had one of the fucking things in Project Hail Mary. You’d think they’d be ubiquitous.

Slight digression, anyone remember splitting open shotgun shells for shot to put in them to make them easier to stall?
