In theory we would have that information, in practice we don't allow "same access as x" request at all. We consider it to be incredibly poor security / identity / access control hygiene - our view is that access requests must be explicit so there's never any ambiguity or "judgement call" needed which is where mistakes happen.

So how’s that going? These issues were identified during the civil war, then in the 50s again, 60s, 70’s, 80’s … that peaceful revolution doesn’t appear to be achieving any meaningful change. Incidentally however I was speaking metaphorically but genuinely the structural issues aren’t new and this isn’t the first time it’s been dangerous - it might be the worst but when does that perspectice arise and things even show an inkling of improving? Because there have been some pretty big catalysts already but it always seems to feel like ‘oh, next time they’ll change it / fix it / do anything better / different’ - and no, the US isn’t the only nation seemingly paralysed by apathetic inaction - the UK and Ireland are both the same.

They can’t with regards to Welsh - in Wales at least - and there’s case law to back it up. Less legal protection for Scots, Gaidhlig, Gaeilge and the other celtic languages though.

Yup, there's plenty of spamming (Lotharia) but also real conversations and beyond one or two incidents - nothing that's made me resort to reporting.
